Cavity units

Sometimes, styling a space also means making the most of that space—it’s a common challenge for ensuites, walk-in wardrobes, bathrooms, and laundries.

In these cases, sliding cavity door systems are the perfect blend of style and efficiency. They can complement a wide range of aesthetics before sliding conveniently and discreetly into the unit housed within the wall, saving on the room that would otherwise be taken up by a hinged door.

When selecting your Cavity Unit, it is important to select the right Cavity Unit for the size and weight of your doors: whether it is for a single door or double door slider, and whether you would like a soft closer mechanism.

We offer both steel cavity units (called the Platinum range) and timber (Slimline), which are compatible with our extensive range of interior door designs. Platinum cavity units provide added strength. They’re ideal for heavy floor-to-ceiling doors, tiled walls, and wet areas where moisture can damage timber units.
